Prior to joining CL King in 2007, Mr. Maier was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Neuberger Berman in the Clearing, Prime Broker and Execution Services division.
Previously, he was a managing director at both U.S.
Clearing/Fleet Securities, and Newbridge Securities/Citigroup.
After serving as a Captain in the U.S.
Army, he started his career in the financial community at Wood Struthers & Winthrop.
Mr. Maier holds a BA in Communications and Spanish from Hofstra University.
