James L. Bowen

James L.
Bowen became a director of WPC in August 2003.
Since November 1997, Mr. Bowen served as the President of the West Virginia AFL-CIO from November 1997 through August 2004.
Previously, Mr. Bowen served as Vice President for both the West Virginia and the Ohio AFL-CIO.
Mr. Bowen was an active member of the United Steelworkers of America for forty-two years, and an International Representative for thirty-two years.
He has been involved with the West Virginia AFL-CIO since 1965.
Mr. Bowen has served as a director of WPSC from July 1998 to August 2003.
Mr. Bowen is a designee of the United Steelworkers of America to the WPC board of directors pursuant to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement among the USWA, WPSC and WPC.
