Ioana Corina Popescu

HANNOVER Finanz Austria GmbH (HF-AT) is the Vienna office and a subsidiary of HANNOVER Finanz GmbH, an independent private equity firm based in Hanover in northern Germany. Both firms compose HANNOVER Finanz Group, which was established in 1979 within HDI (later Talanx) and became independent through a management buyout in 1993. Established in 2004, HF-AT specializes in private equity investing and manages an Austrian investment fund in close cooperation with the parent group.
