NBP Fund Management Ltd. (NBP Funds) is the fund management subsidiary of government-owned National Bank of Pakistan. Headquartered in Karachi, NBP Funds was founded in 2005 and manages open-ended mutual funds, pension funds and several investment advisory portfolios for individual and institutional clients.

PICIC Asset Management Co. Ltd. (PICIC AMC) is the Pakistani asset management subsidiary of HBL Asset Management Ltd., ultimately held by Aga Khan Development Network Foundation in Switzerland. Pakistan Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation Ltd., the pioneer development finance institution in Pakistan, established the firm in 2004 under the provisions of NBFC Rules, 2003 to undertake asset management (open-end fund) and investment advisory (closed-end fund) services. Based in Karachi, PICIC AMC manages closed and open-end schemes and provides investment advisory services to provident/pension funds and corporates.
