Prior to joining Rapid Ratings in July 2007, he held various positions at QED, Value Line Asset Management, and Fidelity Bank.
Previously, Mr. Blank was Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for the CountryBaskets Index Fund of Deutsche Bank and founded the New York chapter of QWAFAFEW (Quantitative Work Alliance for Applied Finance Economics and Wisdom).
