Harold K. Brown

Harold K.
Brown has been President of BTW Development since 1995.
Dr. Brown was an Administrator at San Diego State University from 1971 to 2004 and an Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University from 1980 to 2004.
He was a Commercial Loan Officer for Marine Midland Bank in New York from 1969 to 1971.
Dr. Brown received a BA degree and a General Secondary Teaching Credential from San Diego State University and an MBA from Fordham University of New York and completed selected course work toward a PhD degree in Executive Management and Administration from the Claremont Graduate School, Claremont, California.
