Gelin Liu

Prior to joining MVP, Gelin was an investment manager at SEEDS Capital, the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore, where her role includes independently seeing through the end to end startup investment process from screening to legal execution.
She has invested in a handful of startups in IoT, consumer and SaaS.
While at another function of Enterprise Singapore, Gelin worked closely with numerous advanced manufacturing enterprises for 3 years to gain a good knowledge of the sector.
She has supported these enterprises, both large and small, to transform, innovate and grow.
This includes leading delegations of executives on business matchings trips to Thailand, China and Germany, where she played key roles in bridging several successful business partnerships.
Gelin graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
Prior to graduation, she had several entrepreneurial and startup experiences including running a kickstarter campaign for a smart wearable product that successfully raised in 30 days, as well as working as an engineer at an Australian headquartered spacetech startup.
Gelin is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin with professional experience engaging stakeholders in China.
Gelin has recently passed the Feb 2022 CFA level 2 exam.
