Profile

Prior to joining Brighton Jones, Mr. Oneal was a general partner for Many Rivers Management, a Seattle-based management consulting practice.
He also served as CEO of two start-ups: Propel Biofuels and PowerTech.
At Propel, he established the first centrally networked biodiesel stations in the nation and raised $6.75 Million in capital.
At PowerTech, he raised $8 Million and helped position the company as the worldwide leader in IBM AS/400 security software.
From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Oneal held various leadership positions in the logistics industry, including General Manager of a $20 Million division of Mark VII, a $600 Million public logistics company.
His successes include restructuring underperforming sales teams, establishing ROI-driven marketing programs, and implementing scalable, process-driven operations.
He has also orchestrated profitable mergers and acquisitions, providing investor returns as high as 30x.
Mr. Oneal holds a BS in political science from Whitman College and an MBA from the University of Washington.
He coaches youth sports and serves as the President of the Board for the Ballard Food Bank.
