The Group's principal activity is to provide an integrated solution to independent security alarm dealers, to assist them in competing in the residential and commercial security alarm market. The Group's services include wholesale alarm monitoring and financing solutions and providing loans to Dealers collateralized by alarm monitoring contracts. It also provides support for dealers including billing, collection, marketing and access to equipment discount programs. It operates in two segments: Alarm-Monitoring Retail Services provides security alarms to the customers and dealers. It also offers also offers administrative services such as billing and collection to dealers. Alarm-Monitoring Wholesale Services segment provides services to customers and dealers with respect to service, billing and collection functions to the portfolio of accounts.
