Mr. Fabian is responsible for ensuring that HEI properties maximize opportunities and all aspects of rooms and catering revenues.
He brings HEI extensive experience in the Hotel industry including more than 7 years with Interstate Hotels in eight properties across the United States.
He was a pioneer in creation of the revenue management culture through the growth and acquisitions of Sheraton and Westin, while at Starwood as Area Director of Revenue Management and Corporate Director of Revenue Management Development.
He designed and implemented revenue management technologies and systems and had revenue management responsibilities for all of Starwood's properties in the eastern United States and US Virgin Islands.
He led all aspects of revenue enhancement for the 6000+ properties under the current Wyndham Worldwide family of brands.
Mr. Fabian holds a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
