Mr. Dave J.
Welk is a Director of Acquisitions at Origin Capital Partners LLC.
Mr. Welk has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, investments and finance.
Prior to joining Origin, he spent the past six years at RREEF.
During his tenure at RREEF, Mr. Welk spent over four years in the Acquisitions Group and nearly two years in the Portfolio Management Group.
As a member of the Acquisitions Group, Mr. Welk led the diligence and closing efforts for the acquisition of nearly $500 million of core and value-added office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties located throughout the United States.
During his tenure in the Portfolio Management Group, Mr. Welk was involved with the management, leasing, financing and strategic direction for two separate accounts in assets containing 10 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and residential properties located throughout the United States.
During this time, he also assisted in the disposition of $275 million of fund assets and the liquidation and promoted payout of several joint-venture investment structures.
Mr. Welk received a B.B.A.
in Finance from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
