Dan L. Hogan

Mr. Dan L.
Hogan, CPA, is Vice President-Taxation at North Central Equity LLC.
He spent several year in public accounting, where he served as an auditor before specializing in domestic and international corporate income tax.
As a senior tax manager, he advised several companies that Elam founded or invested in.
Mr. Hogan received his B.S.
in Accounting from Mankato State University in 1992, his Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota in 1997, and received his CPA in 1994.
