Prior to joining Bell Rock Capital, Mr. Fertel managed the Asset/Liability Services group (ALM) at Janney Montgomery Scott, a leading regional broker/dealer.
From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Fertel held a variety of positions at PNC Bank in Philadelphia, including running the asset/liability department and managing the $1.8 billion investment portfolio.
He also managed a number of institutional mutual funds at Blackrock Advisors, a PNC subsidiary company.
