Infor Global Solutions (Canada) Ltd. (formerly known as Geac Computer Corp. Ltd.) provided software to its clients used to analyze, manage and automate business processes. Its Enterprise Applications Systems (EAS) business was focused on meeting the needs of an organization's CFO and finance functions. The company targeted specific niche markets with its Industry Specific Applications (ISA) business. This unit provided specialized software and systems for libraries, local government administration, public safety agencies and the real estate, restaurant, property management and construction sectors. On March 14, 2006, Golden Gate Capital Completed the acquisition of Geac and reorganized it into two different portfolio companies, known as Extensity and Infor. Geac was located in Markham, Canada.
