Chris York

Prior to joining BlueCrest Capital Finance, Mr. York was responsible for originating new business opportunities at Merrill Lynch, where he became one of the founding members of the Merrill Lynch Capital Life Sciences team.
Mr. York’s two year tenure at Merrill Lynch was preceded by six years at Silicon Valley Bank where he was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with venture capital and private equity firms throughout the East Coast.
Early in his career at Silicon Valley Bank, Mr. York provided financing solutions to early-stage venture capital-backed and public technology and life science companies from Silicon Valley Bank’s Washington DC office.
Mr. York played golf professionally on various professional tours throughout the world before he joined Silicon Valley Bank.
Mr. York graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
with a B.S.
in Finance.
