The National Public Gas Agency (NPGA), formed in 1991 the company wholesale natural gas organization of NMPP Energy. NPGA provides 17 member communities the company own their gas systems and more than 30 small and medium-sized participating communities with natural gas supply. Through NPGA, participants benefit by pooling natural gas purchases together to achieve economies of scale and increase operational efficiency. NPGA works with individual participants, small communities, members and nonmembers to develop a gas supply plan that fits the needs of each community. NPGA will identify the types of pricing that is best for the community and develop a plan to achieve optimal results.
