Profile

Prior to joining Source Capital, Mr. Davis worked as an Assistant Vice President for The Lenox Group, a boutique investment banking firm focused on M&A advisory and private capital raising assignments for middle market companies.
At Lenox, he executed transactions for clients in a range of industries including basic materials, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and retail.
Previously, he was an Analyst and Associate in the corporate finance group of Legacy Securities Corp., an Atlanta-based merchant and investment bank.
Prior to his investment banking career, he spent five years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S.
in Economics.
