Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft (Schweiz) AG (Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft-Schweiz) is the wholly-owned Swiss private banking subsidiary of Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale, itself a subsidiary of Sparkassen- & Giroverband Hessen-Thüringen in Germany. Formerly known as LB (Swiss) Privatbank AG, created in 2001 when Swiss banks Bayerische Landesbank Ltd. and Helaba Landesbank merged, Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft von 1899 was acquired by Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale in 2010 through LB (Swiss) Privatbank AG and the combined entity was renamed Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Privatbank. Located in Zurich, the bank has been providing private banking services to high-net worth individuals and institutional investors since 1955.

Hinduja Bank (Switzerland) SA (Hinduja Bank) is the Geneva-based subsidiary of Hinduja Group India Ltd., headquartered in India. Established in 1978 to manage the funds of high -net worth individuals, the firm was registered as a bank in 1994 to increase their range of services and the security they could provide to their international client base.
