Carnegie Investment Bank AB (Investment Management) (Carnegie-IM) is the investment management division of Carnegie Investment Bank AB, a subsidiary of Carnegie Holding AB in Sweden. Founded in 1932 by Carl Gustaf Bankirfirman Langenskiöld as investment bank Bankirfirman Langenskiöld, the firm subsequently sold their direct holdings and changed their name to Investment AB D. Carnegie & Co. In 2009, private equity company Altor and investment company Bure acquired Carnegie Investment Bank and in 2010 Carnegie acquired HQ Bank and HQ Fonder.
