Mr. Boris Civieta is Senior Credit Risk Manager at responsAbility Investments AG.

Mr. Civieta has worked in the microfinance area in Latin America and Africa since 2002.
In 2004, he managed a branch of ProCredit Bank Mozambique and subsequently took over its regional management in the country's north.
From 2006 to 2010 he held the position of credit manager (COO) and sat on the management board of several microfinance institutions, including AccessHolding in Mozambique and Nigeria and the FINCA network in Mexico.
Mr. Civieta has a degree in economics from the Free University of Berlin.
