(Primus), the firm was founded in 2012 through the joint venture between Army Welfare Trust (AWT) (70% stake) and Pak Brunei Investment Co., Ltd. (Pak Brunei) (30% stake). AWT acquired majority stake in Primus from Pak Brunei in 2016, which led to change in the name of the firm to AWT Investments Ltd. They manage open and closed end funds for an extensive client base of corporations, endowments, healthcare organizations, high-net-worth individuals, public pension funds and provident funds. AWT Investments also manages several separately managed accounts (SMA) under the umbrella of investment advisory services.
