He joined Lazard Capital Markets in March 2006 as an associate covering medical technology.
Mr. Guterman was promoted to analyst in February 2008.
Prior to joining Lazard Capital Markets Mr. Guterman was a director of finance at Taro Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for the company’s cash and risk managements, as well as working on its financial statements consolidations and SEC filings.
From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Guterman acted as the chief economist at the Israeli Ministry of Finance mission to NY, where he was working on the issuance of State of Israel sovereign bonds in the U.S.
financial markets.
He began his career as a paratrooper in the Israeli armed forces and also worked in the Israel Department of Defense.
Mr. Guterman is a CFA charterholder and holds an M.B.A.
from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College and a B.A.
in political science from Tel Aviv University.
