Angela Percella

Ms. Angela Percella, CPA, is a Managing Director at Andersen Tax LLC.
She has over 28 years of experience in taxation.
Ms. Percella assists high net worth individuals and families as well as corporate executives in developing and implementing financial and tax strategies.
Her primary practice areas include income taxes, personal financial planning, income tax planning, state, gift and generation-skipping tax planning, investment planning, retirement planning, pre- and post-IPO planning and white collar defense.
Ms. Percella works with closely held businesses and their owners to maximize family capital retention and minimize income and estate taxes.
She has significant experience in helping companies develop personal financial planning programs for their executives.
Before joining Andersen Tax, Ms. Percella was a Tax Partner at Arthur Andersen, where she was a member of the firm wide advisory groups for financial planning and individual income taxes.
She also was a founding steering committee member of that firm’s Growth and Retention of Women initiative, and a founding member of the firm’s New York Office Diversity Council.
She received her BS degree in Accounting from New York Institute of Technology.
