Andrew Zeitman joined Quadrant Finance Partners as President in May 2018 and is responsible for overseeing both the company’s growth and expansion into whole loan lending and servicing.
Prior to joining Quadrant, Andrew was Senior Vice President, Capital Markets of The Howard Hughes Corporation (“HHC”).
From the company’s IPO in 2010 through April 2018, Andrew lead a team that was responsible for underwriting, sourcing and closing on over $3 billion of project-level financings, strategic acquisitions, dispositions and joint-venture opportunities.
Prior to joining HHC, Andrew was an associate with TPMC Realty Corporation, a multi-faceted commercial real estate firm based in Dallas where he conducted financial analysis on real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
Andrew has an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree in business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
