Andreea Stoica

Ms. Stoica joined Whitecastle Investments in 2004, bringing valuable experience from the venture capital industry, operations, research and marketing.
Prior to joining Whitecastle Andreea spent 3 years as a senior associate with highly regarded Canadian investment company.
Prior to that, Ms. Stoica was an investment analyst for a Toronto-based technology venture capital firm where she played an important role in successful investments by working closely with portfolio company principals throughout acquisitions, deal structuring, negotiations, and day-to-day operations.
Ms. Stoica understands the needs of emerging, high growth companies and looks to foster strong, trusting relationships, through which she is a real partner and resource to management teams.
Andreea is involved with portfolio companies assessing strategy and new business opportunities, raising financing, rounding out management teams and helping to lay the corporate foundations necessary for companies to succeed.
Ms. Stoica holds a Bachelor of Administration in Business and Commerce.
She is also a graduate of the 28th Annual Venture Capital Institute, sponsored by NVCA and NASBIC.
