Mr. Allan Maclean-Howard is a Senior Vice President Asset Allocation & Portfolio Risk Management at CI Investments, Inc. He began his career in the investment industry in 1987.
He is responsible for enhancing Signature’s asset allocation process with the development of additional tools and capabilities.
He has an extensive background in risk management, structuring, trading, and management experience in equity, commodity, and fixed income derivatives.
Mr. Maclean-Howard joined Signature, a part of CI, from Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for Merrill’s institutional equity derivatives business for Canadian clients.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, he held senior investment positions at UBS Canada, RBC Capital Markets, and TD Bank and was a senior staff accountant at EY.
He graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours).
