Mr. Ali Allahbachani is Head of Risk at Avoca Capital.
In this role, he oversees the implementation of Avoca’s risk management function and reporting systems.
Mr. Allahbachani joined Avoca in 2005, initially on the Investment Analysis side.
Between 2007 and 2008 he was the Portfolio Manager for the Credit Opportunities Fund and Senior Portfolio Manager.
He was previously an Associate Director with AIB.
He was part of the banks European Leveraged Finance team in Dublin and London where he was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of senior and mezzanine debt transactions.
Mr. Allahbachani holds a B.A in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and is also an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
