The firm dates to 1956 when Creditanstalt established Österreichische Investment Gesellschaft, which merged with Bank Austria’s investment company in 1998 and became Pioneer Investments Austria in 2006. PIA is headquartered in Vienna and manages mutual funds, pension funds and funds of funds for institutional clients and private individuals.
