BPIFrance Investissement Régions SAS (BPIfrance Investissement) is the private equity subsidiary of BPIFrance Investissement SAS itself a subsidiary of State-owned Banque Publique d’Investissement in France. Formerly known as FSI Régions SAS, the firm was established as Avenir Entreprises SA in 1984. They became FSI Régions SAS in 2011 and in 2013 CDC Entreprises, FSI and FSI Régions merged to form BPIfrance Investissement. BPIfrance Investissement has a network of regional offices throughout France and manages several mutual funds which provide capital to small- and medium-sized French companies with high potential.
