Alex worked on distributed generation securitization in India and Brazil and helped IFC launch its first Forests Bond backed by a forest conservation project in Kenya Associate at York Capital Management between 2014 and 2016 where he helped York develop a portfolio of over 1 GW of renewable energy Previously worked as an M&A Advisory Associate at PwC where he helped advise companies in pre-deal due diligence and post-merger integration Holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Elon University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
