Zetatrans AD Podgorica is a Montenegro-based company primarily engaged in the freight transportation and warehousing services. Its activities include international and domestic forwarding, public and customs warehousing, as well as foreign and domestic trade. Additionally, the Company offers sea fright and air freight services, as well as package distribution delivery services. The Company operates a network of branch units located in the major Montenegrin cities, including Pljevlja, Bijelo Polje, Niksic, Podgorica, Kotor and Bar, as well as three warehouses in Podgorica, Bar and Zelenka. As of December 31, 2011, a Slovenia-based company Intereuropa dd Koper was the Company's parent entity holding a 69.27% stake in the capital.
