YB Ventures Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the business of tile manufacturing and Internet technology. The Companyâ€™s manufacturing and trading segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of ceramic and homogenous tiles. It provides a range of ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain tiles for use across different projects for residential, commercial, and industrial developments. It produces tiles under its proprietary brand, ALPHA TILES, a household name in the construction, renovation, and interior fit-out industries. Its other flagship product is Talos Living Tiles. The Companyâ€™s subsidiaries include Yi-Lai Industry Berhad, Yi-Lai Marketing Sdn. Bhd., Yi-Lai Trading Pte Ltd, YB Technologies Sdn. Bhd., and YB Advance Sdn. Bhd., and others. YB Advance Sdn. Bhd. is engaged in the operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy. YB Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is a software developer and Website designer.
