Tess Agro PLC is a Sri Lanka-based cold chain operator. The Company is engaged in dealing fresh fish products, construction and warehouse renting and export of marine products. It is focused on fish processing and distribution of seafood. The Company’s geographical segments include Netherland, Belgium, United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka. The Company operates three projects, namely fish hub, tin cans, and construction & warehousing. The fish hub business includes processing and exporting varieties of yellowfin tuna and seafood products, including swordfish and reef fish to European Union countries, the United States and Japan. Through the tin cans project, the Company invested in tin can manufacturing plant to cater to the needs of the local packaging industry for domestic and export requirements. Under the business of construction & warehousing, the Company undertook the project of constructing a warehouse and operates a warehouse that is leased to packaging manufacturers.
