(APL), a midstream energy service provider engaged in natural gas gathering, processing and treating services in the Anadarko, Arkoma and Permian Basins located in the southwestern and mid-continent regions of the United States and in the Eagle Ford Shale play in south Texas; natural gas gathering services in the Appalachian Basin in the northeastern region of the United States; and NGL transportation services in the southwestern region of the United States; Lightfoot Capital Partners, L.P. and Lightfoot Capital Partners GP, LLC, entities which incubate new master limited partnerships (MLPs) and invest in existing MLPs.
