The Company operates through subsidiaries, which are divided into four segments: Acoustic, which include the development and production of integrated acoustic and thermal systems; Plastics which is engaged in manufacturing of exterior body parts and interior modules for trucks, commercial vehicles and cars: China which includes all of the activities provided in China such as: supplying customers with plastic parts for the exterior cladding of vehicles and Materials which is engaged in development and production of semi-finished products, fiber molding compounds and developed fiber molding compounds.
