Specialized Business Systems AD (Spetsializirani biznes sistemi AD Sofia or SBS) is a Bulgaria-based company that is principally engaged in the import, export, distribution and maintenance of personal computer (PC) systems; supplying, installation and maintenance of computer and office equipment. The Company also offers PC systems assembled in Bulgaria under its brand SBS. Spetsializirani biznes sistemi AD Sofia has six subsidiaries: Ekoplast Bulgaria EOOD (100%), BLK EOOD (100%), Bulstar 2000 OOD (79%), Komnet Varna OOD (70%), Agroinvest Tundzha AD (60%) and SBS- Montana OOD (50%). In addition, it operates through such affiliated companies as Skoptova Kashcha Sofia OOD, Property in Bulgaria OOD, KTT Zenit AD, Elresusr AD and SBS-Ungariya OOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was SBS-Spetsializirani biznes sistemi OOD with a stake of 29.27%.
