Sanstar Limited is an India-based company. The Company manufactures plant-based specialty products and ingredient solutions in India for food, animal nutrition and other industrial applications. Its products include Native Maize Starch, Liquid Glucose, Maltodextrin, Adhesives, High Maltose Corn Syrup, Dextrose Monohydrate, Corn Gluten Meal 60%, Modified Starch, Sorbitol, Corn Fiber, Corn Gluten Feed 18%, Corn Germs, Corn Steep Liquor, Maize Gluten Meal and others. Native Maize Starch is a cereal starch which has a low ash and protein content and is used in textile sizing, textile finishing, paper sizing, and others. Liquid Glucose is manufactured by subjecting starch to high temperature in presents of acids and is used in the confectionery & ice-cream industry, pharmaceutical industry, bakery industry, tanning industry, tobacco industry, and packaging. Maltodextrin is manufactured by liquification of starch controlling the dextrose equivalent (DE) value not exceeding 44.
