Redfish LongTerm Capital SpA (abbreviated as RFLTC) is an Italy-based holding company of industrial investments. The Company is specialized in the acquisition of family-run Italian SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), through a long-term horizon, by providing assistance and consulting services, by sharing professional skills and entrepreneurial strategies aimed at increasing their future value. The Firm has three business segments. The Purchase of Minority or Majority Stakes in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises segment is involved in acquisitions with a long-term horizon by structuring the operations in the form of minorities or in alternative of majority operations (also in Club Deal where RFLTC is the primary partner and expresses the governance). The Advisory unit is engaged in supporting its subsidiaries in all financial aspects. The segment Strategic Support offers assistance to the subsidiaries on strategic decisions and on industrial plans.
