NexTeal houses principal Solar's electric vehicles investments, including its subsidiary partnership with truck transportation. E-3 Petroleum operating subsidiary corporation houses the Companyâ€™s investments and acquisitions in oil and gas properties, which are to be located primarily in Texas and Oklahoma.
