The principal business of the Company is the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of mineral properties. Its projects include Red Lake Gold Project and Sidace Project. The Red Lake Gold project is located in Red Lake, Ontario. The Red Lake Gold project comprises of an approximately 28,000-hectare land package. The Sidace Project is located approximately 28 kilometers northeast of Red Lake, at the northern extent of the Red Lake Greenstone Belt. The Sidace Project consists of approximately 8,600 hectares of property. The Company is an operator for the winter drill program which completed approximately 11,575 meters of drilling in 18 holes.
