Orestone Mining Corp. is a mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. Its property portfolio includes exposure to gold, silver and copper on projects located in Canada and Argentina. The Company's 100% owned Captain Project is located approximately 150 kilometers (km) north of Prince George, British Columbia, in the prolific Quesnel Trough terrane, which hosts a number of copper-gold and copper-molybdenum porphyry deposits including the Mt Milligan gold-copper deposit located 30 kilometers north of Captain. The Francisca Gold-Silver Project encompasses approximately 23 square kilometers of mineral concessions and is located in the central part of Salta province on the eastern flank of the Puna area in Northern Argentina. The Company controls approximately105 square kilometers in the politically safe jurisdiction of British Columbia.
