Its software products, which are marketed through the brands OpenLimit and OpenLimit SignCubes, are supplied as standard solutions in different configurations. The Company’s range of solutions includes applications for the authentication, such as eInvoicing, eForms, eArchiving, eBanking and eGovernment; software licenses, where licensing fees are generally one-time fees; software maintenance, and consulting services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned two subsidiaries: OpenLimit SignCubes AG and OpenLimit SignCubes GmbH.
