NPC Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company’s subsidiaries are involved in investment holding, provision of management services, operation of oil palm plantations and palm oil mills, trading of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), provision of transportation services, property letting and operation of hostels. The Company operates through four segments: Plantation and milling, Fishery, Hotelier, and Corporate. Plantation and milling segment are involved in the cultivation and sale of oil palm products. Fishery segment is involved in fish rearing, hatchery and sale of fishes. Hotelier segment is involved in hotel operations. Corporate segment is involved in the Company-level corporate services, treasury and purchasing functions and business investments. The Company’s subsidiaries include Agrisa Trading Sdn. Bhd., Berkat Setia Sdn. Bhd., Ballerina Sdn. Bhd., Dat Soon Trading Sendirian Berhad, Growth Enterprise Sendirian Berhad and others.
