The Company is engaged in the business of identifying, acquiring, and exploring mineral properties located primarily in Eastern Canada. It is focused on exploring platinum group element (PGE) and Noril'sk style nickel-copper-PGE deposits in under-explored regions of Canada, primarily in the Labrador Trough of Northern Quebec. Its properties include Root & Cellar (Au-Ag, Cu); Zuleika (Au-Ag (Ni)); Shot Rock (AU-AG); Idefix (Ni-Cu-PGE) and Huckleberry (Ni-Cu-PGE). The Root & Cellar property is located near Marystown and Creston on the Burin Peninsula. The Zuleika property consists of six mineral licenses covering approximately 123 square kilometers (km2) 30 km west of Clarenville in east-central Newfoundland. The Shot Rock property is composed of approximately 35 mining licenses. The Idefix property is located 75 km northwest of the Community of Kuujjuaq, in the Nunavik region of the province of Quebec.
