The Fund is a closed-end investment corporation that does not allow for refunds upon request by investors. The Fund’s properties include the Okawabata Rental Building, Park Axis Gakugei University, Dormy Kyoto Nijo, and others. Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund Management Co., Ltd. is the asset manager of the Fund.
