The property is held through a Common Variety Mineral Materials Lease issued by the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) to Peeples, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Its mineral portfolio includes assets in Arizona and California. The development and operation of mineral recovery, processing or related activities may depend on the availability of infrastructure such as roads, transportation routes, electrical power, water supply, communications networks, processing facilities and other logistical support.
