Middlefield Canadian Income PCC is a Jersey-based closed-ended investment company. The Company has one closed-ended cell, Middlefield Canadian Income GBP PC, (the Fund). The Fund’s investment objective is to provide shareholders with a high level of dividends, as well as capital growth over the longer term. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing predominantly in the securities of companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) domiciled in Canada and the United States that the investment manager believes will provide an attractive level of distribution, together with the prospect for capital growth. The Fund invests in various sectors, including financials, real estate, utilities, pipelines, energy, materials, healthcare, communication services, consumer staples, consumer discretionary and industrials.
