The products are used in all industrial fields such as flame retardants, medicines, reagents, information technology (IT) materials and industrial chemicals. The Fine Chemicals segment manufactures and sells a wide variety of specialty medicines, agricultural chemicals, functional materials used in high-tech fields, electronic materials, and intermediates in the information-related field. The Flame Retardants segment manufactures and sells flame retardants for plastics and related products used in industries such as electrical appliances, office automation (OA) equipment and automotive parts. The Health Support segment manufactures and sells raw materials and reagents for artificial dialysis drugs.
