The Company operates through various subsidiaries: LivingVentures Management, LLC (LVM), LivingVentures Development, LLC (LVD), 2040177 Ontario Limited (ICMS-Canada) and International Care Management Services Ltd. (ICMS-US). The Company's past projects include Doon Village in Kitchener, Ontario; Martindale Gardens in Milton, Ontario; Living Life on the Avenue at Toronto in Ontario; Fountains of Mission at Calgary, Alberta; Parkwood Manor at Coquitlam, British Columbia; Somerset House at Victoria in British Columbia; and others.
