The Company is also engaged in operating hotels and also in the trading of school shoes and bags. It operates through two segments: Construction and Hotel. The Company is engaged in three areas of infrastructure development: Kaushalya Nirman, which is involved in the creation of highways and industrial infrastructure; Kaushalya Gram, which is involved in electrification and irrigation of rural India, and Kaushalya Parivar, which is engaged in the construction of commercial and residential complexes. Its projects include Burdwan- Katwa Road, Erection of Transmission lines of Sargachi and Farakka, Construction and Maintenance of Ichagkhamar Road and Jhaldagola road to Hensahatu Road and others.
